How to employ a Maid ?

My grandma is 80yrs old. She is a stroke patient. currently not able to walk and eat, tube feeding.





I intend to fetch her back to my uncle house, but we need to hired a maid,domestic helper or nursing maid.





I never hired a maid before so i am not sure of the procedure and charges applies.





There is different kind of maids from different countries. Which is more better for storke patient?





Can anyone advise me ?

Reply:Try a health agency. I did that kind of work but I had to stop cause I have a jab in a hospital and I was to tired.And the elderly lady only wanted me to stay with her it was to much for me so I gave it up
