Hi Nicole! I was the MOH for my sister's wedding.... I gave a short (but sweet) speech about how they met. Maybe you could do that and mention the beautiful little one that came of their beautiful relationship? Also, I concluded with: "To love, laughter, and happily ever after." I hope that helps! Good luck!
Reply:Thank everyone for coming. State how you love them both and how you are so happy that they found each other. Then you wish them nothing but happiness and then say "To the Bride and Groom". Quick, easy and you're outta there.
Reply:Here's a great guide to wedding toasts:

Reply:Ladies and gentlemen, I take great pleasure in proposing a toast to the Bride and Groom. Mary and John, here are three things I wish for you: warm moments that are shared together . . a thousand tomorrows filled with love . . and a lifetime of hopes and dreams that come true. Best wishes to Mr and Mrs John David Smith!

Toasts should be short, sweet and simple!

Reply:you have enough history together that I'm sure you can just come up with something on the spot and it will turn out great.

You may want to consider mentioning how glad you are that your friend has found a wonderful companion and how you couldn't be happier for them. How just yesterday you were giggling at the thought of boyfriends and now here she is getting married. Something to that effect. Add a line in there about "if you don't take good care of her..I'll come after you", just to loosen up the moment.
