Do men like old fashion, with old tradition when you marry the one?

I feel when I was dating most men wanted that, and I was not ready to stay at home and be a house wife. But that was my goal. I found my husband on-line and we both wanted the samething from life, he wanted the old fashion woman I love to cook, clean,have dinner ready at table,do his lundery, i hate having a maid at my house dont get wrong I can afford one I was raised to to these things my self, do you think that is wrong? cuz I hear it from a lot people including my family I should be working outside? my husband is okay with it either way help? I left one thing out we decided on not having kids.

Do men like old fashion, with old tradition when you marry the one?
we want a lady in public, and a freak in the bed, far as everything else do what makes the 2 of u happy if he dosent care then do what makes u happy if u want to stay home, and u can afford it then stay home and if u want to work then work, what everybody else thinks dosent matter
Reply:Don't worry about what anyone thinks about what you are doing. do you love him? are you happy? Then you're ahead of most people in the world. Stop worrying about what other people think. There are only 2 people you should worry about - you and your husband.
Reply:well, you can't be that old fashioned if you don't want any kids.





If you are not going to have kids, I see no valid reason for you to stay home.
Reply:There's nothing wrong with whatever you decide to do.





This is, after all, America!





You can both fulfill whatever role you decide to. If you feel like cooking and cleaning one day.. you can! If you want to talk things over with him and take turns.. well that works too.





And, forgive me for saying this, but it really shouldn't be up to us to dictate to you what's right and wrong in your relationship. You have to find what's best for both of you and pursue it because, at the end of the day, the two of you are the only ones that really have to deal with the happiness (or lack thereof) your choices leave you with.





As far as the children issue.. again, that shouldn't be an issue. If you WANT to cook and clean.. and that makes you happy? Then what's the issue? Society can jibberjabber themselves into tomorrow and it shouldn't matter because you're happy!

Reply:I would prefer a progressive, working woman. It is easier to carry on an intelligent conversation with a woman who works and has been exposed to what's happening in life. I sure wouldn't want to talk about 50 ways to cook a pork chop or what's happening on the Soap Operas..
