What precautions should we take to visit naigara falls maid of the mist with a 9 month old?

We are planning to visit niagara falls. we have a 9 month old baby. Considering that boats will be bouncy and there will lot of water splashing, is it safe to take a 9 month old. What precautions can we take onboard.

We visited the Falls when my daughter was 11 mths old some of the boats wouldn't let her ride because she was too young (don't know about the Maid of the Mist). Also, some children get very scared by being so close to the Falls and getting hit by the mist.
Reply:a change of dry clothing and a towel they give u those rain coat baggies but everyones face will get really wet there is also a indoor covered area on the boat
Reply:you should have a life jacket on him/her- seeing as how its bumpy and accidents do happen- and a little hat with a visor for him- so that it sheilds the water somewhat, lotsofsunscreen.afew changes of clothes and diapers- a few towels, maybe you should use a carrier that straps him/her to your chest- so that if someone bumps you hard- he wont go flying.i would definetly have a life jacket on him- with something as precious as a child- you CANNOT be to safe.
