My brother is getting married. He is having my 13 year old brother as a best man and she is having her 14 year old sister as her maid of honor. Because you have to sign important documents are they alloweed to be? Are they considered of age?

I don't know for sure, but I would think you'd have to be 16 or 18. Call your town hall and ask.
Maybe they can be the honorary best man and maid of honor, but also have some adults be the official ones for the records?

Have to be 16 in order to be allowed to sign as a witness legally or at least when I got married that is what I was told by the person who performed the ceremony.
