Angela plays a maid for an old woman, (maybe Ethel Barrymore) and she and her husband try to take control of the old woman's property. Does anyone know the title of this film? circa 1947 I think.

The only film I found where Angela Lansbury plays a maid is the movie Gaslight from 1944. Her character's name is Nancy. Here is a link to a description of the movie.
